Elizabeth has over 35 years of experience working with the non-profit sector and government agencies in the United States and abroad. She spent 20 years consulting in South and Southeast Asia and lived in rural India for 8 years working with Bhil tribal families on community forest rehabilitation. She has worked for the Ford Foundation (India), The World Bank, The Nature Conservancy in the Asia-Pacific region, and The Trust for Public Land. Elizabeth currently serves on several boards as an avid volunteer and fundraising mentor.
